Solid high quality wooden spoon is made of Beechwood and is one of my favorite cooking utensils.
Dishwashing is not recommended. Spoon will be oiled with coconut oil. Wash gently by hand before using.  Rub spoon with oil after every 3rd washing.  (If you want your spoon oil free, please make  note of it in the notes to seller box.)  Any white discoloration in the grooves is cooled coconut oil.  Simply warm with your thumb and rub in.
Slight variations may occur; each spoon is laser engraved one by one on natural beechwood, so every single one is unique.  Wood grain will vary and adds to its beauty and individualism.
